Introduction
pH monitoring is one of the most critical control parameters across pharmaceutical and biotech workflows. Precise pH control directly impacts cell growth, enzyme activity, product stability, drug efficacy and final batch quality. Bioprocesses including lab-scale R&D, cell culture, microbial fermentation, drug dissolution testing and reference standard characterization all require reliable, autoclavable pH sensors that survive repeated CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) cycles.
For 5L bioreactor / fermentation tank applications, the ACpH3100/225/PT1000 analog pH electrode with integrated PT1000 temperature sensor is the recommended solution with 225mm insertion length, optimized for medium mounting depth in small bioreactor vessels.
