ACpH3100/225/PT1000 is a gel-filled pH sensor built for demanding pharmaceutical and life science bioprocess environments.

• Strong alkaline glass sensing membrane: Stable measurement under harsh bioprocess conditions, pH measuring range 0–14.
• Silver ion capture trap reference system + ceramic diaphragm: Effectively prevents diaphragm clogging, delivers stable readings even in sulfur-containing media. Gel electrolyte design greatly cuts routine maintenance work.
• Integrated PT1000 temperature sensor: Provides real-time temperature compensation for accurate pH results.
• Full sterilization compatibility: Tolerates autoclave steam sterilization, vapor disinfection, CIP and SIP cycles. After repeated high-temperature sterilization, the sensor still maintains fast response and accurate pH output.
• Wide operating envelope: Working temperature from 0 °C to 140 °C, pressure range 0–6 barg @ 140 °C. PG13.5 screw thread and VP cable connector for convenient tank installation. Glass electrode rod, biocompatible construction suitable for pharmaceutical production.
