    ACATS430 is a compact, yet extremely robust turbidity sensor capable of measuring turbidity and total suspended solids (TSS) concentrations up to 4000 NTU or 20,000 mg/l.

    With a choice of hermetically-sealed stainless steel or titanium versions, each featuring scratch-resistant sapphire optical windows, the ACATS430 provides a versatile solution for use in benign environments through to those featuring aggressive or corrosive media.
    Supplied fully factory-calibrated ready for use straight out of the box.

    How to maintain turbidity sensors on a daily basis?
    Daily maintenance includes: daily cleaning, inspection of the optical system, maintenance of cable joints, regular calibration, storage and maintenance.

    How to determine whether the turbidity sensor needs calibration?
    If the following situations occur, the electrode needs to be calibrated: zero drift, abnormal data trend, abnormal slope.

    What checks and treatments should be done before restarting the turbidity sensor after a long period of inactivity?
    Including: inspection of appearance and component integrity, deep cleaning of optical windows, power on pre inspection, mandatory calibration, installation and commissioning inspection.
