    Product Introduction

    The AC8221 hygienic conductivity probe is a 2-electrode type sensor designed for sanitary industrial scenarios. It is equipped with a standard integrated Pt1000 temperature sensor. Key wetted parts adopt 316L stainless steel, FDA-compliant PEEK and EPDM materials. It supports 1½" clamp and ¾ NPT process connections, features electro-polished smooth surface, IP67 protection, and delivers stable linear measurement for pure and concentrated liquids under wide temperature and pressure conditions.

    Product Advantage


    It is CIP and SIP compatible with full hygienic certification including FDA and USP Class VI. It provides excellent linearity across a broad measuring range and meets high sanitary requirements with low Ra electro-polished surface. The robust structure supports high temperature and pressure resistance, matches G300 transmitter, and offers flexible process connections to meet customized demands.

    Product Application

    It is widely used for conductivity detection in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and chemical industries. It is especially suitable for measuring pure liquids and ultrapure water, and applicable to hygienic production processes requiring strict sanitary standards.
